Booking Requirements
Reserve Your Date
A signed contract and deposit are required to reserve your date at Loft & Garden.
Payment Plans
Flexible plans available in up to 6 equal installments, with the final payment due one month prior to your event.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of $220 to $400 applies, depending on your selected package.
Liability Insurance
Event liability insurance is required, typically ranging from $130 to $180.
Credit Card Surcharge
A 4% surcharge applies to all payments made by credit card.

Every booking includes a wedding consultation so every detail is beautifully handled.
